Turn messy work into a folder your AI tools can understand.

BridjAi organises transcripts, decks, PDFs, notes, screenshots, and spreadsheets into one AI-ready knowledge folder for ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, and Claude. It runs on your own computer.

We're onboarding testers in waves. Leave your email and you'll get access with the next wave — check back with the same email on the account page. This website never receives your work documents.

Drop in your work. BridjAi organises it into a local folder your AI tools can read.

How it works

A preparation layer, not another chat app.

BridjAi turns source material into durable folder structure, so your next AI session starts with context instead of guesswork.

01

Drop in your messy work

Documents, transcripts, decks, notes, images, spreadsheets, and exported AI chats from wherever they live now.

02

BridjAi builds the folder

It inventories every source, classifies and extracts the content, groups it by topic, and writes orientation files that cite their sources.

03

Open it in your AI tool

Point Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code at the folder — they read START-HERE.md and get to work. Using ChatGPT or Claude in the browser? BridjAi builds a Project pack you upload once.

The finished result

The folder is the product. The screen helps you use it.

At full size, the handoff is clear: the ordinary folder on the left is yours to keep, while the result view on the right explains what BridjAi understood, what to read next, and where the analysis has limitations.

Open the folder in Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code, or export a Project pack for ChatGPT or Claude in the browser. You are never locked into BridjAi to use the result.

What you get

A useful answer, with the path back to the source.

BridjAi gives you an ordinary folder with a reading order, topic-level understanding, source notes, and the original files beside them. The static model below uses fictional project content to show how that folder is organised and how one claim stays traceable.

The folder your AI tool reads

  • your-project/ Plain files on your computer
  • START-HERE.md The project brief and reading order
  • AGENTS.md How an AI tool should navigate, verify, and record durable updates
  • current-understanding.md Project-level synthesis across the available topics
  • topic-index.md source-index.md Maps the themes, every source, its status, and where its analysis lives
  • topics/ Material organised into focused work areas
    • delivery/ One topic, with its own navigation and synthesis
      • README.md open-questions.md Topic orientation and the questions the sources cannot yet answer
      • current-understanding.md Source-backed facts, inferences, limits, and confidence
      • evidence-map.md Each topic claim mapped to its evidence
    • stakeholder-research/ Another topic with the same evidence-aware structure
    • budget-and-metrics/ Each topic keeps its own scope and reading path
  • source-notes/ What BridjAi found in each individual source
    • a4c91d28e7b3.md Evidence, source locations, uncertainties, and processing limits
  • sources/ Copies of the original material for direct checking

Local-first

Your documents stay on your computer.

BridjAi is a Windows app, not a cloud service. It reads your files locally and writes the folder locally. This website only handles alpha signup, email verification, release metadata, and secure download access.

AI analysis runs through your own OpenAI API key, configured inside the app and stored only on your computer. BridjAi asks for it before the first build and walks you through creating one.

FAQ

Honest answers, alpha edition.

Why not just upload my files to ChatGPT or Claude?

For a handful of files and one quick question, do exactly that — it's the right tool. BridjAi is for the project-sized version of the problem: mixed material that keeps growing, that you'll ask about many times, from more than one AI tool. Uploads evaporate when the chat ends; BridjAi builds a folder that persists, stays on your computer, works with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Cursor alike — and every statement in it links back to the exact source file it came from, so you can always ask "are you sure about that?" and check.

Does BridjAi upload my documents anywhere?

No. BridjAi reads and writes files on your computer. The only network use is optional AI analysis through your own API key. That happens from the app, never through this website.

Which AI tools does the folder work with?

Any tool that can read a folder of markdown: Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar agents open it directly. For ChatGPT and Claude, BridjAi builds a Project pack you upload to a Project.

Do I need my own AI API key?

Yes — BridjAi needs an OpenAI API key before it can build, because the reading and organising is real AI analysis, not templating. The key is yours, configured inside the app, stored only on your computer (in plain text in this alpha — not in your folders or exports), and used only when BridjAi analyses your files. The app walks you through getting one; typical builds cost cents.

What happens when I submit the alpha form?

Your request joins the tester list. When your wave opens, sign in with the same email on the account page and the download unlocks. We only email you about access and releases.

Can I inspect the package before signing in?

Yes. The current release page publishes the active filename, size, SHA-256 checksum, requirements, and startup expectations without exposing the private package URL.

Is there a Mac version?

Windows first. A Mac build is planned, and the alpha list will hear about it first.
